My Journey to Health and Wellness

My love for movement began at a young age, and my journey as an instructor took flight when I joined the Army. This transformative experience ignited my passion for physiotherapy and exercise physiology, prompting me to pursue a university degree in the field. Over the past 18 years, I have gained invaluable experience working in sports, fitness, health, and education, serving as a practitioner, manager, consultant, and educator.

Today, I draw on this extensive background and my commitment to continuous learning to help you reclaim your health and vitality. I understand firsthand the challenges that come with changing hormones, sleep disturbances, and other health issues. I am dedicated to providing practical advice and strategies tailored to your unique needs. Let’s work together to navigate your journey toward better health!
